Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Experience with installation of rooftop units, furnaces, condensers, mini split systems, boilers, and ductwork.
- Must be able to develop customer rapport and communicate clearly face-to-face with customers.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Complete all paperwork with the customer upon leaving.
- Requires physical labor daily in various weather conditions.
- Must be willing and able to train installation helpers who are assigned to work with you.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently.
